I just cleaned out my closet, and even *after* giving some stuff to Goodwill, etc., I have 7 weeks of clothes that I can wear to work without a repeat (mind you, I may have to repeat on a couple of skirts to wear them with a different top, but for the most part, no repeats).

That is just so wrong... so I'm putting myself on a clothing diet.

The terms of the "diet" are this:

1) I cannot buy anything new unless I am willing to give up something old.
2) In order to give up something old, it must meet one of three criteria:
a) It may be "worn out" - i.e., stained, torn, irreparable damage
b) It may be "out of style" or something I just no longer wear - and will be donated
c) It no longer fits to the point of being baggy, falling off, looks bad, etc. - and will be donated

This will keep my closets from filling to over-flowing with things I no longer wear.

Ciao for now.

Friday night:
I cooked for S for the first time on Friday night. He likes Mediterranean food, so I baked a semi-home made lasagna (I used a jarred sauce instead of starting with tomatoes due to a lack of time... I normally simmer my sauce overnight). Used no-boil lasagna noodles for the first time, I loved them, and the lasagna turned out great. Served it with garlic cheese breadsticks and a nice chianti. We dined by candlelight, at the table, with linen napkins. Very romantic. A wonderful night for all.

Saturday morning
M came over and gave me a massage. We didn't get to spend much time together as he had to go to another appointment. But I was totally relaxed and happy when he left.

Saturday night:
[livejournal.com profile] ladyleo joined me for leftovers and a movie on HBO On Demand. We watched "Take the Lead" - I loved loved loved that movie. Must get the soundtrack. Excellent girl time, I need to spend more time with her.

Sunday morning:
Talked for a couple of hours on the phone with J. We didn't get to hang out this week, so I made sure that we made plans for next Saturday. She's going to be coming up to my house for the first time, and we're going to get pedicures and then we'll have lunch. If you want to know anything else, you'll have to join my BDSM filter!

Sunday afternoon:
[livejournal.com profile] koranger joined me for the last of the lasagna for lunchtime. We had an awesome afternoon just chatting, etc. Again, this is someone I need to spend more "friend time" with.

I'm a happy girl.

Ciao for now.
