It's not great, but it's a start. My inner thighs feel like jello, and I'm winded, but I didn't do as much as I originally intended because I'm still getting over bronchitis and I didn't want to make my lungs pitch too much of a fit.

Challenges to work through - bike seat needs to be tightened down by someone stronger than I am, and they also need to help me attach the straps for the pedals as well, I can't seem to get them over their retaining hook.
