There are 16 resistance levels total, so I am by no means anywhere close to "hard" yet. Tomorrow I'll do 14 min. at resistance level 04, and then Friday is my off day. On Saturday I'll do 16 min. at resistance level 01 and build back up until I get to 5 and so on, adding two minutes and then adding a resisitance level at the end until I get up to all 16 levels. By that time it should be spring and I'll be buying an outdoor bike with which to train. At least, those are my current plans.
