Whew...

What a day. Work went well. I was able to close out a lot of issues. Of course, more just keep streaming in, but that's the nature of the helpdesk.

I went out to lunch with Carol today. Carol is Karen's mom, and "grandma" to Rembrandt, my new furry companion. We talked about all the stuff I would need to buy before "brat" moves in on Friday. I am so excited, I can't wait until I bring him home, he's such a sweet little cat.

I've still got several things that I've got to "cat-proof" before he moves in, but I was looking around, and it really won't be all that bad. It will just make me be better about my housekeeping so that nothing gets torn up, etc.

I am very very tired. I'm going to call it a night soon.
