I almost forgot to post today. I intended to this morning, I've been up since 6 a.m. for God's sake. I'm not quite sure why I didn't. I was at the computer, working on stuff as usual. I really don't know what I'd do without my computer. My entire life seems to revolve around it. It's not like I intended it to, it just does.
Computers are a useful tool. They allow us to exchange information, learn, be entertained, connect with one another, stay organized, etc., etc. etc. That's why I love mine so, I suppose.
Today was busy, yet I feel like I accomplished nothing. I am in a state of laundry nirvanha (i.e., everything I own is washed and put away), but that will only last until bedtime, of course. Still, it's good that I get totally "caught up" at least once a week. One of my buyers came to pick up furniture I sold on ebay. If I haven't sold any of the remaining stuff by Wednesday night, I'm going to list all of that out on ebay too, it's got to go, that's all there is to it.
I worked on the character database this morning. Entered in another person's two characters. I've still got downtimes to process, but more than likely, that will wait until next week. Hrm, I also just organized some stuff in my room, but I'm not done by any stretch of the imagination. I also did some cleaning today. Michael played Changeling on 4-Winds today, so he was busy most of the afternoon.
I dreamed about furniture, and the house, and things that I want to do once it is mine and I can remodel. Some of the things about this old house drive me insane, but other parts of it I love dearly. Went shopping, bought a copy of Vampire: Redemption (the computer game - it was only $4.99), and also bought an Ethernet crossover cable so that I can have both of the computers in my room on the net at the same time. Actually, mostly so I can share files between the two.
I need to decide how I'm going to upgrade my desktop machine this spring. How much of it do I want to reuse, etc? Right now I'm trying to think about anything other than the tests I have coming up tomorrow. I hate doctors, I hate hospitals. Unfortunately, I'm going to get a big dose of both tomorrow. I also have to remember not to eat/drink anything after midnight tonight. Means I really need to hydrate well in order to keep from having a killer headache in the a.m.
Well, I think this disjointed ramble should come to a close.
Ciao for now.
