As you can tell by the time, I'm doing a good job of keeping my regular schedule. In fact, I woke up a little early this morning. Trying to decide if I actually want to get dressed and go out for breakfast this morning, since that is my weekend perogative. Depends on what the weather channel says that the temperature is. I'm not going out if it is as chilly as yesterday morning, I'll just stay in my nice, warm house, thank you very much.

Of course, it would be nice to get out and get the grocery shopping done before Michael wakes up, it will make for less complaining later on. He hates shopping, poor guy. However, he likes wandering around the mall aimlessly without buying anything. I haven't been able to reconcile that one, because I *hate* wandering around a mall aimlessly because it tends to soak up the contents of my wallet. I tend to agonize over purchases in great depth, research them on the web, make sure I can't find a sale w/free shipping, etc., and then go to the mall only when I know I'll save money. I tend to order most of my goods on the web. Heck, I even found the furniture I wanted online, and then went to the brick-and-mortar store to buy it.

I just remembered I have something suitable for breakfast downstairs in the refrigerator, so I won't be going out. I had forgotten I bought something for breakfast yesterday. I'll go down and heat it up shortly, so that I'm keeping approximately the same eating schedule too.

Michael did indeed decide that he didn't want to move his desk. This arrangement, while it looks odd, will probably work fairly well. The only thing that this may foil is getting Michael's scanner working, since we need to hook that to the Windows 98 box, and our desks are not going to be sitting side by side as anticipated. Hrm, I had also forgotten that the USB ports on that machine plug in the front of the box. Oh well, I'll figure it out a different day.

Today will be devoted to finishing up the Character Audit. There are only a couple of errands that I need to run otherwise, and actually, if I stop babbling here and get to work, I should be able to enter most of the new characters before Michael even wakes up. (This is the advantage of getting up at 6 a.m. on the weekends. I can be highly productive before anyone else even wakes up.)

Ciao for now.
