That way, maybe I could get everything done that needs to be done. I've been going in a little early to work each day, which is helping on that front, although we're getting totally slammed and tomorrow is the last day of the month (our service levels are measured based on closing inventories). The only good thing about that is that my boss told me that if I keep kicking butt like I have been the last two days, he'll buy me lunch on Friday (we order Chin-Chin every payday Friday at work, but this would mean he picks up the tab). I'm trying not to let it stress me out, however, it still looms over me like a big black cloud.

Org stuff is well... org stuff. Drama, flamboyant personalities, differing opinions and way too much work for the miniscule amounts of prestige attached. However, immersing myself in the details of keeping things on track allow me to ignore all the socio/political manuevering. Will be glad when I finish up the project goals that I set for myself when I took on my two offices and can retire and just be a player again. Not that I think this will occur within the next year (more than likely I'm 18 mos. away from where I want to be with the website and applications, etc.)

My brain hurts and I'm trying to decide if I want another hour of sleep or if I want to go into work early. I think I'm going to opt for sleep this time, however.

Ciao for now.
