Well, it's my last week of freedom. I go back to work on July 2, my final post-op visit with the surgeon is on July 5. I will still need checkups 4x a year for the rest of my life (yay, medical expenses (NOT)). I have lost 15 lbs. since the surgery, and have kept it off after a little fluctuating as my bodily fluids stabilized. Now, to get back into the gym, and back to more healthy eating on a real schedule. It's been *very* difficult to stick to a regular schedule while I wasn't working. That's one of the things that I am going to have the most trouble with when I return to work. I've already started getting up at 4 a.m. each morning though, so I'll be adjusted by the time next Monday rolls around.

I am happy. I am blessed. I am loved. I have great family and friends. For that matter, you all know that my friends are my family. I am the luckiest woman in the world according to my doctors. I feel better than I have in years, and my stress levels are currently non-existent. (Whether they stay there after I go back to work is another story).

R rocks my world in all the ways that matter most. And *that* my friends, is the rest of the story. ;)

Ciao for now.
