Ahhh....

Shower complete. I'm feeling more human now, even though I'm still congested and coughing. I'm actually looking forward to getting back to work now. I like what I do, it helps make the majority of my week enjoyable. I've decided that I'm going to post a "Resolution Update" on Mondays just to keep my resolutions fresh in my mind and to spur me to put them into action.

Resolution Progress Update:

1) Post to LJ every day.. Missed the 3rd and the 5th, but getting better.

2) Maintain a consistent sleep schedule - I have been, for the most part, but considering that I'm sick and have been on vacation, I'm not too worried about this one yet.

3) Control my diabetes - doing better about this, won't know for sure until my quarterly office visit.

4) Exercise program - Eventually.

5) Taking lunch to work - Bought all the fixins at the grocery store over the weekend, haven't been to work since the 1st.

6) Debt - Didn't make any new charges over the weekend. That's at least holding steady.

7) Meditate for 30 minutes daily - Check.

8) Professional Development Plan - Working on it.

9) Read for 30 minutes daily - Check. Current book 'Managing Your Mind'

10) Take life one day at a time, don't sweat the small stuff. - I'm trying.

i like your new year goals. i should adopt a few of them myself - and especially your tracking/accountability here. good stuff.
