Now, the + represents a meal I don't have the nutritional breakdown for, but understand, I divided this up into 3 stages over the course of the day, for a total of 5 meals. I had a BBQ Chicken Quesidilla and a piece of chocolate cake from Max & Ermas. Still, all in all, I think I did well today, even though I had a restaurant meal.
