9.5 hr. day today (I've decided to try to keep track of this to determine just how much 'free time' I'm giving NASCO).
Luckily, because I go in at such a dreadful hour, I'm still home at a reasonable time. Although, I'm not sure that most people would consider having to be in bed by 8:45 p.m. in order to get a full 8 hours of rest a reasonable bedtime.
Just trying to learn to take life one day at a time. That's rough for me, but a necessary step to try to eliminate stress.
Seriously considering disconnecting my cable, but I've got a cable modem, so I'm not sure about just keeping the modem without the TV, although I definitely don't watch much TV.
Ciao for now.

I did the math on my Dish subscription (it's not much different for cable, even with a package deal) - I was dropping just under $1,000(USD) per year to watch TV. Frankly, when expressed like that, I didn't have much trouble dropping it.
Yeah, i miss a few channels. But between Netflix and the Internet, my entertainment needs are more than covered. As an added bonus, if you drop cable TV, you should be able to upgrade both a netflix *and* your high speed 'net accounts and still come out well ahead on the game.
