You know, I really can't describe how my progress makes me feel. There are just way too many emotions tied up in this whole process for me to adequately put them into words. I know it's going to be tough, that this is the "easy" part, and that some point I'm going to plateau and have to start exercising, etc., but I'm feeling great, my blood sugar is down, and I'm ready to face whatever life hands me now. I can't wait to be thin again. I don't really think that I ever thought that I would be at a "normal" weight again. So I guess the biggest thing that I feel right now is hope, and that is a good thing.
