Thanks to all of you who wrote to remind me that I didn't post this week... It's really good to know that I have such supportive friends out there in cyberspace.
Week 1: 375 lbs.
Week 2: 360.5 lbs.
Week 3: 357.5 lbs.
Week 4: 352.5 lbs.
Week 5: 351.0 lbs.
Week 6: 348.0 lbs.
Week 7: 343.5 lbs.
Week 8: 344.0 lbs.
Week 9: 339.0 lbs.
Week 10: 336.0 lbs.
Week 11: 333.0 lbs.
Week 12: 332.0 lbs.
Total loss for the week: 1 lbs.
Total loss overall: 43 lbs.
Goal weight: 175 lbs.
Current pounds to goal: 157 lbs.
Bleh, not very impressive this week... But considering I had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory Tuesday night with co-workers, ordered Italian take-out at lunch once during the week, ate at Boston Market with Carol after work on Friday and then went to On the Border with my friend Mark Saturday night, I should be thankful that I didn't gain a million pounds.
However, this does prove the "soundness" of my overall eating plan. Even when I'm "bad" I can still post some kind of loss. (I tried to eat healthy everywhere I went, and probably succeeded each time except for Boston Market).
This week I'm trying to be good and stick to my regimen. And I keep reminding myself I'm eating for life, that this isn't a diet, and there will be peaks and valleys (plus, ladies, it's that lovely week to retain water... you all know what I mean).
