Easiest workout so far. I'm not sure if it's because I decided to do it in the a.m. this time, or because I'm seeing some benefits already. Dialed back down to 1 for the 14-minute pyramid, and still managed to add an additional 0.2 mi. to the workout. (On the stationary bicycle, the resistance level determines how much "mileage" you are awarded for your efforts. The tougher the resistance, the more ground you cover for the same amount of spins).
I shouldn't be home today, but I woke up with my right eye swollen shut. Not sure what is causing that, so I'm waiting for the doctor's office to open so that I can go in and see if they can remove whatever the irritant is (it feels like I have something in my eye, but I can't see anything). From a motivational perspective I *wanted* to hop on the bike this a.m., so that is a very good thing.
