What I'm up to...

I changed my LJ theme today, and downloaded a freeware graphics program called Inkscape so that I can work on some ideas I have for graphics to track my progress on various things. I went back to my '10 Habits List', and luckily, I wasn't scheduled to start blogging daily until today.

Yesterday I had a blast playing board games with azrial, his wife C (don't know if she has a LJ or not), maethe and wolfwalker at wolfwalker's house. We played a game of Battlestar Galactica where I played Admiral Adama who became a Cylon halfway through the game and managed to destroy Galactica (along with the help of the President, who also become a Cylon halfway through the game).

Then maethe went upstairs to work, and the remaining four of us played a quick game of RoboRally. I had forgotten how much fun that little game is. I really need to start finding a way to play more boardgames because I really do enjoy it a whole lot.

After we finished up RoboRally, the five of us piled into azrial's truck and headed to O'Charley's in Kennesaw for dinner. The rest of the table got the Prime Rib, while I opted for the chicken fingers. After dinner, we scattered to the winds to our other plans. All-in-all, a very enjoyable day, and a reminder to me of why I need to stop being hermity (every once in a while, at least).

Oh that sounds like a great time! Both the Admiral AND the President as cylons?

Did you reveal yourself immediately? Or did you wait a bit?

We didn't get turned into Cylons until after the game was half over... I revealed myself not long after that, Jason (who was playing Roslyn) never revealed himself 'officially', but everyone could tell he was a Cylon by the way he started playing at that point.
