Miserable

I must face facts. I have been trying to convince myself all day that I am not sick. However, it hasn't worked. I am sick, I have a cold, cough/sore throat thing going on. It's not surprising, I mean, I get this every year when the seasons change, half of my department has been running around work sick this past week, so what did I expect?

I expected the damn antibiotics that I had from all my dental work to keep me from getting too sick, that's all.

But actually, I have more problems and feel worse laying down 'cause of all the drainage, etc... So I have just been vegging out in front of the computer all day (so what else is new, you ask?). Bleh. Hope your weekend is going better than mine.

I was tempted to make the drive to Burninghell for the game this weekend, however, my only PC has reasons not to visit your fair city. It reminded me that I need to get another PC on the books for Cam-Anarch venue so that I may visit BH. However, with feeling poorly and all, I decided that it would be best if I left my rear end here in Atlanta, resting, 'cause I don't really have any sick days left to use this year so I need to stay well.

S'alright - I'm leaving in a few minutes anyway to drive to Chicago, though my lovely spouse will be here (we're hosting the game at our clubhouse). Again - best wishes and get well! :)
