Goal weight: 175 lbs.
Current pounds to goal: 141.5 lbs.
OK, first of all... I was so upset with my week 15 weight (and the backsliding of 4.5 lbs.), I didn't post last week. Shame on me. However, it was as I suspected (Mother Nature's water-weight gain), and this week things are looking much better. Plus the week before last, I was sick with a cold and felt like I had 50-lbs. of snot in my head. (LOL, I suppose that's probably TMI). Anyway, I feel like I'm heading in the right direction again, and apparently still haven't really "plateaued yet." (I'm not going to consider it a plateau unless I maintain around the same weight for 4 weeks in a row.)
