First leg accomplished...

I have made it to Metropolis, IL, home of Superman. I'm playing with my new laptop, getting it all happy and my favorite apps installed. I'm already in CST, so it's only 8:44 p.m. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30 a.m. CST, so I suppose I'll be lazy in the a.m. It's only about 4.5 hours to go to Dad's at this point, so even if I don't leave here until 7 a.m., I'll still be there before noon.

Off to play with my new laptop (love the keyboard on it, very responsive).
