OK, this was approaching agony again today. I am really dreading hitting level 04 for the first time tomorrow. Still, mentally, I got in the game and pushed through, even though between minutes 6-8 my legs wanted to go on strike. Eye is much better today. I was also very motivationally challenged, I wanted to roll over and take that extra half hour of sleep instead. But I didn't. Go me.

You know, you can take some time getting to those upper levels. If 3 is hurting, stay at 3 for a week, then go up.

Baby steps. You have to take them when you're getting used to working out, or you'll stop doing it. *smiles*

There are 16 resistance levels total, so I am by no means anywhere close to "hard" yet. Tomorrow I'll do 14 min. at resistance level 04, and then Friday is my off day. On Saturday I'll do 16 min. at resistance level 01 and build back up until I get to 5 and so on, adding two minutes and then adding a resisitance level at the end until I get up to all 16 levels. By that time it should be spring and I'll be buying an outdoor bike with which to train. At least, those are my current plans.
